I just came here to plant the pun SourPuffGirls into your mind. You’re welcome.

Luwano.

I enjoy this drawing a lot. The color scheme works fantastic. I like that you made his head look like a wild animal rather than a too humanized version. Great pose and composition. Good choice on the armor design, the combination of scales and soft fabrics works really well. The little decals on the staff are the icing on the cake. They’re just a small detail, but emphasize the style / design so well.
Very well done!

MellonSnow responds:

Thank you very much! That means a lot!!

Well done! I especially like the way you drew StrawberryClock’s leaves and the crystalline surface of PolyhedronClock.

Overall the apocalyptic theme fits very well and the dreading expressions or the fact that SlurpeeClock is almost dried out add very well to it.

Now I continue trying to figure out the meaning of the smiley faces on Pineapple. Or will you tell us? And is that an agnry faic on Polyhedron?

Happy Clock Day!

Your art piece instantly captivated me. Very well done, very enjoyable color choices. I looks like it could be a still image from a Studio Ghibli animation at first sight. The ONLY little quibble I have is the drop shadow of the building. Judging from the angle, it should start on the corner of the small building.

Looking forward to more of your work.

I like your interpretation of the theme. The composition is really the star in this art piece. Well done on that!
The organic lung-like legs are looking great as well. Overall very enjoyable.

You really captured the sensory overload of the Nyan Caxx movie in a still image. There is so much to discover, the longer you look at it. :3

This could be a woodcut that could hang in the exact same bar it depicts. I like the textured look.

I deduce, the victim represents all our 13 year old selves.

It‘s always a pleasure to look at the way you highlight; this monochrome style emphasizes this even more.

I enjoy to see an interesting crafting / smithing submission. The photo setup doesn‘t really present it very well though. My opinion is, that it could help if you posted a few shots from different angles in one pic or one main shot and two or three angles in the comment section. The large empty space doesn‘t help the presentation either.

Other than that, I enjoy the workpiece itself. Chunky crosses work well for medieval jewelry and the fact that it‘s madd from chainmail adds to the charm.

Looking forward to see more of your stuff.

Thank you so much for the critique and advice!! This helps a lot as I’m hella new to Newgrounds! I’ll start prepping some proper photos right away for other pieces

This is one of my favourites out of your inktober drawings. Love the armour and the sword designs and that crest on the shield is just hilarious. Been enjoying all your inktober dogs so far. Pulling off the pose and perspective is hard, but you make it look easy.

DantonSlip responds:

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you like this one! I used the weapons designed I made for the day 16 ^^
